Is Balloon Lagoon a party-supply store where I can buy balloons by the bag or rent a helium tank?

No. Balloon Lagoon is a custom balloon design studio — every arrangement is made to order and delivered. Bulk balloons, helium tank rentals, and DIY fills are handled by bulk supply suppliers and party-supply stores elsewhere in Los Angeles.

Can I pick up balloons instead of paying for delivery?

Possibly — it depends on the arrangement and the day's production schedule. Call (310) 855-9500 to ask whether your order can be prepared for showroom pickup at 345 S. Robertson Blvd., Beverly Hills, CA 90211. Self-transport calls for an air-conditioned vehicle, arrangements secured upright, and weights on any foil balloons.

How many balloons do I need for a party or event?

It depends on the format: bouquets are sized by presence, ceiling fills by ceiling height and square footage, and garlands or arches by linear feet. Share the room dimensions and a photo when you call and the studio will recommend a count.

Do you deliver balloons to Beverly Hills hotels?

Yes — hotel deliveries are a regular part of the route. Provide the guest's name as registered, a preferred arrival window, and any front-desk or concierge instructions, and the team coordinates the handoff.

Quick answer: what kind of balloon store is Balloon Lagoon?

Balloon Lagoon is a custom balloon design studio and showroom at 345 S. Robertson Blvd., Beverly Hills, CA 90211 — not a party-supply warehouse. If your search for a Los Angeles balloon store means bulk latex by the sack, a helium tank rental, or a DIY fill station, a bulk supply supplier is the right stop. If it means a finished helium bouquet, an organic sculpture, or event decor delivered to a Beverly Hills home, hotel, office, or venue, call (310) 855-9500 and the studio can confirm same-day options or schedule a pre-order. Balloon Delivery Beverly Hills planning starts with the occasion, delivery address, preferred arrival window, venue access, and setup needs. Balloon Lagoon can discuss same-day availability and pre-order timing by phone. Hotel, office, home, and event deliveries may require recipient details, loading instructions, concierge coordination, or a designated contact. Outdoor plans should also account for heat, wind, and placement before a design is finalized. Balloon Lagoon, (310) 855-9500, 345 S. Robertson Blvd., Beverly Hills, CA 90211. Call to confirm current timing, design options, and delivery details before placing the order.

Three ways to order: showroom visits, phone orders, and delivery

Beverly Hills shoppers typically order one of three ways. Visit the showroom at 345 S. Robertson Blvd. to talk through colors, sizes, and dates in person — calling ahead helps the team set aside time for your design. Call (310) 855-9500 to place a phone order for a custom bouquet, a same-day request, or a scheduled pre-order. Or arrange delivery to a Beverly Hills address and let the studio handle transport, which matters for helium arrangements that need to stay upright, cool, and weighted. If you would rather collect an order yourself, ask when you call — whether showroom pickup fits depends on the design and the day's production schedule. Transporting balloons yourself means keeping them inside the air-conditioned vehicle rather than a hot trunk, securing them so they cannot drift, and keeping foil balloons weighted; California law requires sellers of helium-filled foil balloons to attach a counterweight.

How many balloons do you need? A quick sizing framework

There is no single right count — it depends on what the balloons have to do. A hand-delivered bouquet reads as one arrangement, so the question is bouquet size and presence rather than raw balloon count. Ceiling fills scale with the room: ceiling height and square footage decide whether coverage looks intentional or sparse. Garlands and arches are measured by linear feet, and columns by height. Outdoor plans need a weather conversation before a count is set, because sun and wind change both the design and the timing. The fastest way to a real number is to call (310) 855-9500 with the room or venue details and a photo of the space — the studio sizes arrangements for Beverly Hills homes, hotel suites, and venues every week.

Beverly Hills delivery logistics: hotels, doorman buildings, and gated homes

Beverly Hills deliveries often involve a front desk, a concierge, a doorman, or a gate — all workable as long as the order notes are complete. Share the recipient's full name as it appears at the property, an onsite contact number, the preferred arrival window, and any loading, parking, elevator, or security instructions. For hotel deliveries, the studio coordinates with the front desk so the arrangement is held or brought to the room at the right moment. The hotel balloon delivery page covers what guests and concierges should have ready.

Beverly Hills and nearby Los Angeles neighborhoods on the route

From the Robertson Boulevard studio, regular delivery routes cover Beverly Hills and neighboring districts including West Hollywood, Century City, Brentwood, Santa Monica, Hollywood, Studio City, and Sherman Oaks, with wider Los Angeles County coverage confirmed per order. The delivery areas page lists current coverage; for an address outside the usual route, call before ordering. Balloon Lagoon, (310) 855-9500, 345 S. Robertson Blvd., Beverly Hills, CA 90211.
