Same-day and pre-order balloon delivery in Los Angeles
Balloon Lagoon is built for both urgent and planned celebrations. Same-day delivery works well for birthdays, surprise gifts, hotel arrivals, and last-minute milestones when timing allows. Pre-orders are just as important for clients who want the strongest customization, cleaner delivery windows, specific colors, numbers, themes, or venue instructions.
When pre-orders are the better fit
If you already know the date, ordering in advance usually gives you the best outcome. Pre-orders are ideal for baby showers, hotel welcomes, corporate gifting, branded colors, graduation parties, and event-ready bouquet drops because they leave room for design planning instead of just route availability.

Planning questions
How long do helium balloons normally last?
Float time varies by balloon material, size, temperature, handling, and environment. Ask the team about the selected design and keep balloons away from heat, sharp objects, and direct sun.
What happens to balloons outdoors in heat or wind?
Heat can expand balloons and wind can move or stress arrangements. Outdoor orders should include the location, shade, exposure, setup time, and event duration during planning.
Can delivery be coordinated with a building or venue?
Yes. Provide parking, loading, elevator, security, contact, and delivery-window details so the team can plan the handoff.

Call to confirm current timing, design options, and delivery details before placing the order.
Same-day or pre-order: how to choose
If you need balloons today, call (310) 855-9500 as early in the day as you can so we can confirm whether a same-day route slot is available for your address. Same-day works best for standard bouquets; custom colors, large installs and multi-stop drops are easier to schedule through pre-order. If your event date is fixed, pre-ordering lets us plan design, inflation timing and routing in advance rather than fitting you into an existing route.
Where we deliver in Los Angeles
We deliver to homes, offices, hotels, restaurants, schools, event venues and hospitals across greater Los Angeles, including Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, Century City, Westwood, Brentwood, Bel Air, Santa Monica, Hollywood, Downtown LA and Culver City. Two venue notes worth checking before you order: many hospitals do not permit latex balloons in patient rooms — Keck Medicine of USC, for example, allows mylar balloons only — and some schools and buildings require deliveries to go through a front desk or loading dock. Tell us the venue type when you call and we will plan the drop-off accordingly.
How much does balloon delivery cost in Los Angeles?
Your total depends on the bouquet or decor package you choose and the delivery destination. Share your delivery ZIP code when you call (310) 855-9500 and we will quote the complete cost before you book. Larger decor pieces such as garlands, arches and organic sculptures are priced individually because size, materials and on-site installation time vary from job to job.
How long do balloons last after delivery?
Float time depends on balloon type, size and environment. Manufacturer data from Qualatex shows an untreated 11-inch helium-filled latex balloon floats roughly 18-24 hours, while the same balloon treated with Ultra Hi-Float can stay aloft for up to about four weeks; foil balloons generally outlast latex. Heat, direct sun and outdoor conditions shorten float time significantly, so for evening or multi-day events ask us which materials will hold up best — air-filled decor is often the right call for extended displays.
How far in advance should you order?
For standard bouquets, same-day or next-day ordering is often workable — call to check current availability. For custom decor such as arches, garlands, themed sculptures or multi-piece event installs, contact us as early as you can; a few days of lead time gives us room to plan the design, source colors and schedule installation so everything is inflated and placed before your event starts.
