Quick answer: what a custom balloon bouquet order includes

A custom balloon bouquet from Balloon Lagoon is designed to order — your occasion, palette, names, numbers, and message shape the arrangement — then it is inflated at the studio and hand-delivered to a home, hotel, restaurant, office, or venue. Every order is quoted individually because size, materials, and delivery timing differ, so the fastest way to get a number is to call with your date, address, and ideas. Same-day delivery is often possible when the day's route and production schedule allow, and pre-orders reserve a specific date and arrival window for planned events. Balloon Lagoon, (310) 855-9500, 345 S. Robertson Blvd., Beverly Hills, CA 90211.

How much does a custom balloon bouquet cost in Los Angeles?

There is no single flat price because each bouquet is built to order, but the quote is driven by a short list of factors: the number and size of balloons, the mix of latex and foil, specialty elements such as jumbo numbers, letters, names, or themed focal pieces, and the delivery distance and arrival window. Larger installs that pair a bouquet with garlands or arch work are scoped separately. Share your occasion, palette, delivery address, and preferred window when you call (310) 855-9500 and the team will recommend a design at a quoted price before anything is scheduled — that keeps the arrangement matched to your budget instead of the other way around.

Same-day timing, order updates, and the delivery handoff

Same-day availability depends on the day's production schedule, the delivery route already running, and the design you choose, so calling earlier in the day opens the most options; there is no single cutoff that applies to every order. Once an order is confirmed, the team coordinates the arrival window with you — and for hotels, offices, schools, and venues, with the front desk or an on-site contact — so the handoff lands at the right moment rather than at a doorstep. For planned celebrations, a pre-order locks in the design and a reserved delivery window instead of competing with same-day demand. Have the address, date, recipient, and any access notes ready when you call.

Which Los Angeles neighborhoods are covered from Beverly Hills

Delivery runs out of the Robertson Boulevard studio across the Westside and beyond. Regular coverage includes Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, Santa Monica, Brentwood, Century City, Hollywood, Studio City, Sherman Oaks, Downtown Los Angeles, Bel Air, Hancock Park, Encino, Marina del Rey, and Pacific Palisades — enough range to reach homes, hotels, restaurants, schools, offices, and event venues from one base. Because coverage is confirmed by delivery address and route, share your full address and ZIP code when you call so the team can confirm timing for your neighborhood.

Occasions beyond birthdays and baby showers

Custom work extends well past the two most common orders. Quinceañeras, bar and bat mitzvahs, sweet 16s, proposals, and patriotic holidays all translate into palette and design choices — colors, numbers, and focal pieces matched to the moment. Graduation orders draw on dedicated designs such as Congratulations Grad, Gilded Glide, and Grad Glitz, which can be tailored to school colors. Event-scale pieces like Garden Welcome, Bluebell Soiree, and Safari Orbit suit showers, entrances, and photo moments, and corporate gifting can include brand-color matching plus coordination with venue contacts or front desks. Describe the occasion and the recipient when you call and the team will shape the arrangement around it.

Visiting the Beverly Hills showroom

If you would rather plan in person — or you are deciding between delivery and carrying the order yourself — visit the showroom at 345 S. Robertson Blvd., Beverly Hills, CA 90211 to browse designs, look at colors and materials up close, and talk through timing with the team. Studio pickup can be arranged for some orders; ask about it when you call (310) 855-9500 so the design and the day's schedule can be matched to a pickup time that works.
